WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Do you ever feel an unexplained pull towards a certain place, culture or period in history – as if you’ve “been there” before? Many people quietly wonder about this, along with vivid dreams, powerful déjà vu, or recurring patterns in relationships and fears they can’t quite explain.

Rather than offering ready-made answers, this workshop creates a gentle, open space to explore what might be going on beneath the surface.

Over two hours, we’ll look at what past lives are (and aren’t), the psychology and science behind regression, common myths and misunderstandings, and real stories of past-life recall and their impact today. You don’t need to “believe” in past lives to attend – just a curious, open mind.

By the end, you’ll have a clearer understanding of the topic and some simple ways to apply these insights to your own life – in relationships, decision-making and understanding recurring patterns.

YOUR GUEST SPEAKER

Your guest speaker, Steve Richardson, is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and experienced Past Life Regression practitioner who has spent many years gently guiding clients through deep inner journeys.

Drawing on extensive one-to-one work, Steve has witnessed how past life exploration can bring insight, emotional release and a renewed sense of purpose in the present. His approach is grounded, calm and down-to-earth – combining curiosity, care and clear explanation.

In this workshop, Steve will share what he’s learned from years of regression work, including real-life case examples, common themes that tend to emerge, and how these experiences can be integrated in a safe and practical way
